The facility was great, just what we expect from our many stays at different holiday Inn expresses. We had an issue with getting a rental car and the staff went above and beyond helping us. They even made phone calls trying to help us find a rental car. I would travel out of my way to stay here again if I ever ended up in New Orleans again.

We booked this hotel after deciding to come into New Orleans a day before our scheduled trip. The hotel had great parking, clean and comfortable beds. The free breakfast in the morning was also good. Would recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a stay outside of downtown.

Every thing around was abandoned. But the Holiday was amazing. Rooms, breakfast, lobby bathrooms, dinning area, and information center all were great. Even though it seem to be in the hood it was safe!!! I loved my stay!!! I’ll be back
