Great location. It is walking distance to Canal St., French Quarter, WWII Museum, and many restaurants. The front end staff and restaurant staff are hit or miss. Some are very pleasant while others are not friendly at all. Our room was spacious but had a musky smell and underneath the beds were dirty. I have mixed feelings about my stay.

The overall service at the front desk staff was cordial and professional, not overly friendly. The bartender Armando in the bar gets about a c , semi professional, tended to leave the bar and go sit on the couch in the dining area and be on his phone. No enthusiasm with his customers.

Overall it was clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The HVAC did not work in my room (would not cool), the bathroom faucet was plumbed incorrectly (hot was cold, cold was hot), and the bed was too hard for my comfort.

It’s a no for me…

I'm not sure what can be done now but I'm extremely Unhappy. We checked in late (9:45)bc we drove 4 hrs to be here for our 2 year old daughter's surgery and as soon as we walked in the room and hall there was a huge shock to the nose all we smelled was weed. Also our room temperature was not working properly, we sweated our butts off until 5am when we checked out. For $115 I could've stayed somewhere else that didn't have these problems especially with my 2 year old.
