The issue we had was first the switched our room to their old out dated hotel instead of what we paid for. Once we got that fixed wait it was a $50 up charge and then the restaurants they have onsite and we planned special celebration does not allow anyone under 21 because the only way to access the steakhouse burger and pizza place and ice cream shop is through casino and you have to go through gate and guard checking all ids. This was super upsetting as we had to find a last minute location to eat. Not good at all and hotel never apologized and then proceeded to up charge my $57 plus 3 $30 resort fees very frustrating.

Great Time in NOLA without Crossing Canal Street!

We really enjoyed staying in the Caesar's Complex in New Orleans. We are fans of the Big Easy and visit often, but this was the first time we stayed at "Caesar's." I use the Caesar's name in parentheses because, when we arrived, we learned that our reservation was in the Harrah's Tower and not the main Caesar's Hotel. It really didn't impact our stay other than it was unexpected. We loved that our king room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. It was an awesome room with an amazing view. We loved all the upgrades to the casino and, other than heavily stained carpet in the hallway, our suite was very clean. There's a lot to do right in the neighborhood without even crossing Canal Street to the French Quarter. The casino, restaurants, and some hidden gems in the neighborhood (check out Ernst Cafe - amazing, affordable food and cheap beer!) We definitely will stay at Caesar's again. We spent a lot of time in the casino and had a blast!

While the inside of the building is lovely, the staff were very rude. They treated people poorly and made fun of customers in front of them. One staff member gave me back the wrong license at a checkpoint, and then walked away to his break, knowing that he gave me back the wrong license. There was one manager who helped and was very kind. The store was always closed and on break with no staff. The front desk staff were not helpful to obtain a cab and most people did not have answers when they were asked. I expect . I’m an asthma patient I did not stay. The Management was rude not only to me, but also to the Expedia representative when I called to place a complaint, I had to move to another hotel and they will not accommodate my situation. Asthma is in Medical problems The room was full of smoke and I cannot Sleep in it.

Check in was at 4pm our room wasn’t ready so they said they would call us when it was ready, we never got a call. The room was beautiful but you pay to have that imho. The man at concierge was rude when I inquired about getting in our room after 4pm. Not impressed with the service.

Absolutely loved this hotel !!! Valet was full had to do self parking which ended up being cheaper . Other then that loved our room very clean , the hot water was HOT! Will be back !
