We had a wonderful stay at the French Market Inn! The hotel is in a perfect location for easily walking the French Quarter, and has plenty of shopping and food options nearby. We had a Petite Queen room which was perfect for our needs. It was a good size and well-appointed while still having charm. The shower was also very modern which I loved. Staff were super helpful with anything that we needed, from extra pillows & towels to extending our stay due to the Nola snowstorm (we ended up staying an additional 2 nights). Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for my 40th and when I say this was the best customer service experience I've ever experienced!!! Our room was ready so we were able to check in early. We were escorted to our room where they had complimentary champagne waiting. The manager Elisha made sure everything we wanted and needed was supplied!!! Beautiful place with nice courtyard near the French Quarter. But we were down graded to a windowless room and only offered about $20 in refund for that. The windowless room had high ceilings, but still felt very dark & closed in. Other than that, would recommend them.

A great location - near the riverfront, French Market, and Bourbon Street activity - but quiet and reserved. Very walkable to many visitor attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, and, of course, Cafe DuMonde.

The French Market Inn is lovely! The Inn is beautiful; the lobby, courtyard, and room. The staff is most helpful and friendly. It’s located so close to the action of the area, and yet once you enter, you’re in a relaxing environment. I highly recommend!

Nice Hotel in the heart of NOLA

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter but was quiet. The style is very European. Next door is a PJ's with excellent coffee and light breakfast/snacks. The TV was quite old, could not even use a Roku stick, so limited to cable channels. But there is plenty to see/do in the area so who needs sreaming?

I’ve been to New Orleans many times but this was my first time at this hotel and it was by far the best. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special and taken care of. The property is beautiful and the location is the best, near everything you’d want and more.
