The location was perfect for our stay: close enough to walk most places. The pool courtyard is a nice break from the heat and busy streets. Staff were supernice and helpful.

Great location on Bourbon Street. Short walk to harbor area. Restaurants, clubs and very easy to grab a ride. Loud area at night but ear plugs are in room as it is bourbon street. Pool area is also nice.

My family and I loved staying here for the experience of seeing the French Quarter. If you’re not on the fifth floor however, be aware that it will be extremely loud at night. We stayed on the fifth floor on the inside of the pool and courtyard. It was the best decision because it was quieter and still on bourbon street. The staff here is amazing and they make the hotel super safe for guests only. I would definitely stay here over and over again!!

Room was nothing special. Location would have been good, if it hadn't been for the noise, which was terrible. Could not sleep at night. If you are going to have a hotel slap in the middle of Bourbon St., then you would think the least they can do is to have better noise insulation. If you actually want to sleep at night, I do not recommend this place.

Front desk staff was pleasant . Restaurant and bar staff were also pleasant, three exceptions were Lynette ( both restaurant and bar) a young lady and a woman who may have been another supervisor in the restaurant. All three were quick to accommodate our request , Lynette and the other woman were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. The young woman was reserved at first but warmed up to us with a beautiful smile. Food was good , especially the grits and beignet…. Lynette was right about the beignet being second best to Cafe du Monde

The staff was 5 star. They were friendly knowledgeable and kind. Only two noticeable problems with my room. The toilet was about 6 to 8inches from the cabinet and the toilet paper dispenser was at the same level as the toilet seat so I had to stand to get to the toilet paper. Secondly, TV was limited to basic channels, so no access to movie channels.
