Great stay, good location, service could be better

Great stay, location is awesome (close enough to the fun without being crazy loud). The valet was not there twice, which was frustrating because we had to go to front desk to get our key, and they had to come out and open the fence. Late night/early morning they had music playing in the parking lot, and I have no idea why.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to all the places people look to visit when in the area. Charming room, convenient and classy bar located right in hotel as well. No hauntings reported by me, though!

Great location , good staff and clean. Nice afford

It was an affordable stay at a great location. Amenities where not top of the line but it was a great atmosphere for a visit to the French quarter. Staff was excellent and very helpful when assistance was needed.

We had a wonderful stay while in New Orleans being just steps away from Bourbon Street. The staff was outstanding - always willing to help and answer questions. The room itself was a little run down but the beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Having a balcony overlooking Dauphine Street was a nice bonus. A great value for being so close to heart of NOLA.

Our room was very run down. There was a huge crack in the sink. The window was quite drafty. This room didn’t resemble anything like I saw in the pictures. The location was great though.

First things first, toilet was not flushing properly. We told the front desk multiple times. Told them multiple times we needed more towels, never came we had to get them ourselves. More than once there was nobody working the valet, we and many other guests had to wait over 15 minutes just to get our car to leave, they had to call somebody off shift to unlock the valet lock box. Unprofessional and lazy staff. Rude as well. Will never come back and will be telling everyone we can about our awful experience.

Our room was not cleaned even though there was not a do not disturb sign on the door, towels had stains, there appeared to be mold in the shower, and the mattresses were awful. They desperately need replaced. Some of the staff was courteous and some were not. I would not stay here again.

About a block off of bourbon street so a perfect location! The bar at the hotel too is a vibe in and of itself, very cozy in there. This was our second time staying here and we had a blast.
