When we first walked in the room smelt horrible. For only the few days we stayed there it was the worst “hotel” I’ve been to. There was hair on the bed sheets, hair in the bathtub, the bedsheets and pillows were stained, the towels were stained. And everyday them cleaning the room they would switch them and still put stained stuff, there was a dead fly under the pillow. Both my wife and I got red bumps all over our bodies we were so itchy. There must have been bedbugs. I would rather sleep in the rental car that I had! I contacted them about the issue and they never done anything about it. Will never go back here and don’t recommend anyone to go here!

The pictures of the property do not give me an accurate account of what’s really in this hotel and the staff had an absolute fit when I borrowed a tray to take my 86 year-old mother‘s breakfast to her because she could not get up and down all the stairs there were problems. The business center did not work, but the room is very nice and the bathroom is almost bigger than the room was if I ever have indication to have to stay in New Orleans again will probably do it again, but I don’t foresee this happening.
