To my surprise the room was comfortable, family oriented, safe, clean, and convenient, accessible to the freeway, down town, and french quarters. The hotel amenities and pool are well kept. Will stay again!

Wasn't terrible but wasn't great. Room was okay- tv remote was gross and dirty. My shower wouldn't fully go into shower mode, so it was half shower half water pouring and filling the tub. I stayed for the Taylor Swift Concert so I definitely overpaid. Staff just did the bare minimum for check in. Wouldn't stay here again.
