It's fine and dandy.
Pretty standard affair. Solid room with plenty of space and good amenities. Offered breakfast in the morning was above average, minus the eggs which were just reconstituted powdered eggs. We did have a few issues, including one roach in our room and a slight leak that we had to report. Those two things aside, it was a fine stay and we would actually return again without a problem.

Price was decent but staff were not good. I had 2 decent interactions with staff. First was at the front desk when checking in. Second was when we needed another keycard cause we ended up loosing one in the room somewhere. The rest of the interactions were not great. Asked one lady in the morning at the front desk if there was anymore milk for cereal for breakfast... only answer i got was "I don't know" and then she went back to scrolling on her phone. The pool was closed before 6pm one if the days because some of the staff went home early, at least that's what we were told. It's supposed to be open till 9pm. We asked if the firepit was going to be turned on at all the entire 5 days we stayed and we were told no. All in all we were not impressed with our stay.

Room is pretty basic, but clean. Breakfast isn’t bad, parking is easy, everything is close and convenient, interstate access is great, and it safe and secure. The courtyard area is really nice for hanging out.

The moment we checked in and until we checked out, the experience was as bad as it can get.. I will start with the staff - Except for one person (Greg - the front office manager on duty one day) every other staff in this hotel is SIMPLY RUDE and has a stone face as if why are you even coming and talk to me with a careless attitude and having, "I don't know", "I just got here", etc as standard answers. Then the WiFi and internet. We stayed 4 nights and 3 days and there was no internet during the entire stay and it was not restored until we left. No one in the front office had any accountability, responsibility or an ETA on when it would be fixed. We had to the go to the nearby Panera on the Veterans Blvd to take of business. Consider other hotels in if you can..
