Quaint Lil inn

For a more old fashioned motel, they were very clean, kind and reasonable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and smelled fresh, and we were very satisfied with our stay

Nice large clean room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quick uber ride to the airport. The hotel is directly on the route from New Orleans airport to the downtown area. Good value priced hotel option. Would have been nice to get an earlier check in.

I just want to say how GREAT the staff and manager here are. I had something come up, and they worked hard to make sure that I was taken care of and a refund was given. Can't say enough good things about the folks here.

An event happened and I had asked if it were possible to get a partial refund and was told yes. After numerous attempts and lies, The refund was never initiated, and they never responded to Expedia. This has gone on for over a week, and she stopped replying to me Monday. Also, didn't return the "incidentals" charge. Very shady business practices.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. It was a older motel, but it was very convenient to get to the cruise port. Rooms could use some updating but we would diffently stay here again.
