The front desk staff was excellent, the room very clean and spacious, a little heavy on the air fresheners but very nice and comfortable. On the other hand, the breakfast staff is a different story. I got up early, but during breakfast hours. The food was served, but everything was cold the eggs, sausages, and biscuits, mentioned it to the girls refilling the cabinet with serving utensils, but that was more important than making sure the food was hot. It was not until I mentioned to another guest, getting eggs, that she removed the cold eggs only and went to either warm them up or get fresh ones.

The advertised breakfast was all but non existent. Desk clerk reported, "Our truck didn't come in yesterday. So we don't have much." Looks like a management failure to me. Otherwise, the room and public areas were nice. Probably won't stay at this property again though. Plenty of nearby options.

This was a very clean hotel. It smelt so clean the moment I walked through the doors. 5 min from airport which was super nice. Would stay here again.

The hotel was OK the problem was the weather and we had to leave a day early. Hotel canceled our last day stay but when we called Expedia abut our last night refund the hung up on me 4 times and so the hotel called and was told it was our problem and then were also hung up on. So to say this will be our last time using Expedia and will leave the problem up to our credit card company.

The building smelled so good. The cleaning lady used bleach to clean rooms. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was also not bad. The only down side is cause ur so close to the airport, you will hear the planes
