When I got to the INN the lights were completely turned off on the outside which also made it difficult to find and park. Luckily the lady behind the desk informed me why the lights were off, she was amazing but the hotel wasn’t

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had a king bed suite and the room was well equipped for our needs. It was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options, including eggs. They had an outdoor pool that we didn't use.

One Night Cruise Layover

Great hotel close to airport. Quiet and clean. Check in smooth and friendly. Beds comfy and rooms very clean. Lots of good local and chain restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Good stay overall. I did have a problem with the free breakfast however. Online, the breakfast was said to end at 10 o’clock and in reality breakfast was cleaned up at 9 o’clock. I was very disappointed on Tuesday when there was no breakfast at 9:15 especially due to the fact that all roads were closed due to snow and there were no other options. All I got to eat that day were snacks from the hotel snack shop. This info should be corrected online so that no one else runs into my situation

Very poor cleanliness. There was still cereal in the bed when we checked in and dirty towels. The heat also didn’t work in the room, and they did not attempt to fix it.

Was stuck here during historic snowstorm. Filled up on breakfast, but no food options for the rest of the day except vending machines. Shuttle shut down, roads closed, airport shutdown, employees sparse (airport and hotel employees spent nights here too). I'd give it a 4 if it was a normal day(s).

Who knows. Didnt go. Booked it on Expedia, airline cancelled flight literally 5 minutes later so tried to cancel and Expedia said no. Called hotel to be honest and say we wouldn't be there. They said if they cancelled but Expedia didn't they wouldn't get paid and Expedia would take all the money. So they get points for honesty.
