Romantic getaway
Quaint and comfortable hotel with a gorgeous quiet courtyard. Towels are offered for the pool and the seating was great to catch some sun. Centrally located in the French quarters, two blocks from iconic cafe beignet and the French market.

Front desk service was beyond awesome! Great access to Bourbon Street and the French Market! Showers were great. Heads up! No elevator! Penthouse 1 definitely needs better lighting. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Xmas in NOLA
We have been coming to this hotel off and on for 30 years and keep coming back because of the location, location, location. Parking at one time was free, they actually brought coffee and sweet roll to the room in the A.M. There is no elevator. Staircase is narrow. But the room is comfortable and safe. It has been renovated well but has lost a little of its old world charm.

I had stayed at this property prior year, so I stayed again. Disappointed with the stay this time. Delux room was dark, noisy and ground level so everyone looked in the window. Room was near the wood stairs, so constant foot traffic noise. We asked for a room changed and it was ignored. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Excellent stay. Clayton was a very nice and courteous host. Thank you to him for guiding me in to the parking lot and hotel in the dark. Only small issue was TV was slow streaming in my room (connection I guess), but not a big deal for me this visit.

This is a great place to stay in the French Quarter. It’s a short walk to the French Market, Jackson Square and Bourbon Street, as well as most other places you’d want to go, but it’s just far away enough to be very quiet. The property is key fob access only and feels very safe and secure. It has a lovely interior courtyard with a pool and lots of seating. The front desk attendants were always available and very friendly, taking care of any needs immediately. We had a premier king room, which more than large enough for two, as was the bathroom. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the room was clean enough but not spotless, the bedroom needs better lighting, a refrigerator and a mirror and the bathroom needs more storage. However, I would definitely stay here again even without those things because it’s so conveniently located, safe, and has that old New Orleans feel.

Very poor room, stay elsewhere
The service was great as well as the location, but the room itself was uncomfortable, bare, and in need of repair. The room didn't have any chairs in which to sit in so we had to take one from the pool area. There were two chairs outside on the balcony, but they were too big to fit into the room. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. The fan in the bathroom wouldn't remain on unless you were moving around the bathroom which is hard to do when sitting on the toilet and the shower was slow to drain. The only dresser in the room had missing hardware on two of the three drawers. The room was dark with only one overhead light and one light on the nightstand. This was pathetic when paying nearly $300 per night.
