A Beautiful Hotel, A Perfect Location
The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The towels were very soft and luxurious. I appreciated the water left in our room daily. The only minus was that the shower gel needed replacement and I had to ask 3 times before it was done. But this was not a huge issue.

Hotel lobby is beautiful and is in a great location for walking around. The rooms are clean but dated and there is a lot of construction going on in the building. (3rd floor at least) All in all was a good choice for what we needed for a weekend in NOLA.

Perfect location and proximity to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Not keen on this new “Destination fee” that I don’t recall being disclosed at the time of booking but overall enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool looked well kept.

i tried to reach room service plenty of times and got no answer. our water pressure and hot water was not working . the toilet will constantly clog the faucet was leaking water. and still to this day havent got a response from them . definetly wouldnt be staying here again

Great location
A lovely hotel in a great location for visiting the French Quarter. It is really good but the rooms are small and with a couple of large suitcases we struggled to find space for everything. Bedside table and light were only 1 side of bed.

We stayed in a balcony suit overlooking Orleans and it was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive and welcoming. This was my SOs first trip to NOLA and I couldn’t be happier that we were able to spend our stay here. Fantastic music and drinks at the bar as well

Staff are friendly and walkable to attractions, bars, and restaurants. Clean hotel. It was soundproof that we couldn’t hear the music outside when we were in our room.
