I didn’t like that I asked for towels and washcloths two days in a row. Staff at the desk said they would bring some and no one showed up. 3am in the morning I was awoken to load ringing noise in my room. I call down to the front desk to make staff aware of the situation. The staff told me there was nothing that they could do about the noise. Leaving me to deal with the noise situation on my own. I asked the staff to come to my room to help me and I was told they could not leave the front desk. I was frustrated by the answer.

nice place to stay

overall it was a good stay, however there was a problem checking in which was resolved, i thought parking at $75 a day was unreasonable, breakfast i didnt use because i came to new orleans to enjoy the local food
