Very disappointed in the hotel. #1. Toilet did not refill after flushing. They came up 2 times and still didn't fix it or seem to understand what it was not doing. Had to shake the handle to get it to refill each time. #2, Freezing cold shower 2 of the 5 days. 1 luke warm and 2 actually hot. #3. The filthiest, most gross floor I have ever seen. I spilled some water and wiped it up with a white facecloth and it was as black as coal!! I tried other areas of the floor and it was the same, It was like a layers of coal dust had been sprinkled on the floor. I don't think they had washed it in months. Some positive things. Got clean towels every day and the bed was comfortable. I would never recommend this place in spite pf the friendly people who work there. Get some soap and water and wash that floor, fix the toilet and the hot water.

I thought the property was great, the breakfast is very good, large swimming pool, the French quarter unfortunately is getting rundown lot of homeless lot of shady people walking on the street

Staff was super nice/friendly. Breakfast was ok, money saver. The rooms are old, not the cleanest but the beds were comfortable. The location is great, short walk to most things French quarter. Cheap lyft/urber to any where eles.

Our check in process was smooth and the staff, Quianti and Lucius were very friendly and pleasant. They have us some great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The view of the courtyard from our room was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff and hotel conditions made our stay a great experience! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall great experience. We booked it literally 20 minutes prior because our original booking was gross. Staff was helpful and the breakfast each morning was great. The room was underwhelming for the price and we didn’t get hot water just kind’ve warm, but price was more reflective of the area and being in great walking distance to everything. Our one actual complaint would be that the room we stayed in was next to the service elevator and it was so loud and annoying. Constant bangs and sounds. Other than that though, great experience here!

The location and the fact that it has an outdoor courtyard and includes breakfast is an absolute plus. Unfortunately, three of us were put in a room with two double beds, which should have been fine except the double beds were not double bed sized. When putting two standard size pillows side-by-side on the bed, the half of one will hang off. Two person max in a room with two double beds!

Pros: LOCATION! This spot was so beautiful and quiet with a short walk to Bourbon, Royal, and the rest of the downtown sightseeing spots. If you wanna go to the parks out there, it was a short 10ish minute drive. The facility was beautiful and had an old but clean feel to it. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast was really good, they had jambalaya one morning and plenty of options. Some of the best coffee I've ever had and usually hotel coffee sucks. Cons: Parking. I didn't realize how expensive parking was. $60 for a weekend. We had a second vehicle with us and there were no options to pay for a second vehicle to park due to availability (even though there were so many parking spots available that we saw while we were there. Staff said the only other place to park our second vehicle was at a gas station down the road BUUUT we actually found a parking at 1233 N Rampart St that was gated and had security video that only cost $12 for 24 hours parking. So we did that and it was like a 4 minute walk to the hotel from there. Also, the beds were very small and so were the rooms but we only slept and bathed and didn't do a lot of hanging out so it wasn't a huge deal either.
