Great value
We had a great stay at this hotel. Brunetta was awesome and had our room ready way before check-in time. Free breakfast had a variety of options both hot and cold. The courtyard was lovely. Location was great, only a short walking distance to the main attractions. We will definitely be back.

The hotel set up was nice, easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh with a nice selection. We were disappointed that when we checked in, we were told our room was given to another guest so we had to sit in lobby for 4.5 hrs. When our room was ready it did not look like the photos. We didnt complain being it was in a nice location for getting out and about.

Great location to french quarter and surrounding area. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out process was quick and efficient. Front door of hotel locked at all times, key card needed to enter building. A nice variety of food available for breakfast each morning. Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We had an amazing time. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and we spent many evenings enjoying the weather out there. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Far beyond my expectations. It’s rare to have a breakfast spread that includes not only waffles but also fruit, bacon and sausage, hashbrowns or roasted potatoes, several kinds of juice, grits and oatmeal with toppings, and several different kinds of bread AND French toast. It really blew us away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our check in and out was smooth. We will definitely be back again on our future trips to New Orleans.

The staff was nice but was disappointed by the dirty floors and stain found on one of the mattresses in our room. Had a few issues, but did get a discount due to the issues we experienced. But they need to get on the housekeeping services to assure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

There were lots of bugs in the first room we were in. We were moved to a different room but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Property was run down and outdated. Area around hotel is unsafe to walk around. Would not recommend this hotel and will not return.

This was the third time I’ve stayed here. Housekeeping is on top of things, breakfast was always hot and plentiful, plus walking distance from all the best places in the French Quarter!

As it was our first time to New Orleans, it was in an awesome location to walk anywhere in the french quarter. You could hope on street car right across the street from the hotel. The staff was amazing. If you want a quiet area, this is not the place for you. You can hear people and traffic as you are in the French Quarter. The hotel itself was quiet. Its not a 5 star hotel but it was still great. Would go back.

The property is located directly across from Armstrong Park and the Mahalia Jackson Theater. Perfect for walking and enjoying the park and theater. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the property itself is very quiet and has a distinct old New Orleans feel to it. Definitely would recommend. Would stay again.

The best continental breakfast I’ve ever had ! The NOLA breakfast rice was amazing ! The eggs & omelettes were yummy . Enjoyed turkey sausage one day & bacon the next day & smoked sausage the next day . Eggs & potatoes too . The swimming pool was refreshing & enjoyed the outdoor sitting area .
