The staff was great, location was great! Easy to navigate, somewhat accessible to majority of the festivities, food, and attractions in the area. I wish they microwaves in the rooms instead having to go down to the 1st floor. Requested extra towels, which I didn’t get until the next day. Service request was slow or they forgot. Which they had a better breakfast options, breakfast seemed pre cooked and just heated up for convenience. However, there are other breakfast locations in walking distance, which was convenient. All in all great stay , I would recommend.

Splash

Tiara at the front desk was so welcoming and professional. The common areas were fun and well maintained. The hotel room seemed a little outdated but it was clean and well stocked with coffee, water and bathroom items. I guess I was expecting a more modern style like the SFO aloft. But I’m grateful for my experience there! I also visited Splash for a quick dip in the pool. And the location was just what I needed. The view of the city out the window was great.

No sense of urgency

There was a water leak in my bathroom when I first walked in the hotel room. The water was backing up from the sink and spilling over to the floor without use. No one helped from maintenance and only came to see the area I complained about and said they would come back to fix it and they never came back. It took two days to get another room. Maintenance thought it was a good idea to shut off my water, but offered no options on how I would wash my hands, wash off my makeup, and brush my teeth without the use of my sink. Pretty disappointed.

Our tv stopped working on the third night we were there. Although maintenance said they would take care of it, we found out later that no further attempt was made to fix it. Two nights in a row, the alarm went off at 1:00 am in the morning. Guest were never given an explanation why it happened. We would not recommend the hotel.

Family vacation, perfect location close to action!

Lori was there everyday at the front desk and had great customer service! The only bummer was some guest decided to smoke in the stairwell so we all had to evacuate at 1am. But that's no fault of the property. We will stay here again.

The hotel was presented fantastically. It was fun and flashy and they give cookies and offer a discounted package on tours. Breakfast wasn’t offered, and would have been nice. My first two nights went smoothly. Second two nights were a nightmare. They had a fire alarm that went off at 1am both nights. The first night I jumped out of bed and evacuated down 13 flights of stairs (with a bad hip mind you) only to be told everything was fine ten minutes later and we could return to our rooms. When I asked the front desk what was going on, all they could say was their engineering team was working on it. The second night it happened again. Same amount of time, everyone filing down the stairs and outside only to be told everything was fine and we could return to our rooms. I will NEVER stay here again and expected way more from a Marriott hotel!

Super Bowl LIX - 2025
