Decent price, decent room

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the door opened up to a sitting area outside my room with 2 chairs and a table that was a nice touch to have. I wish they had more channels available especially for kids but it was a nice place

Enjoyable stay only thing is you can hear guests next room over talking through the walls. They were loud but probably didn’t mean it. Slept well

Extremely warm stay in Hallstead causing discomfor

Very enjoyable and relaxing. But there seems to be issues with the heating units they are older gets very hot in room even when you put heat setting to the cold. When I reported this I heard the person next to me complained also and the clerk said she will let her boss know. Very annoying but otherwise great stay

Love staying here love Susquehanna County. Convenient location walking is perfect. Only complaint was the heater in the room was too hot couldn’t adjust it well old unit. Everything else great

Could have been better without the noisy kids

Nice stay I was in a new suite but the shower room toilet was kinda cold maybe not insulated properly had to leave door open for heat to come in. They did not replace my linens the next day I had to ask for them. Also on the morning of the last day of my stay heard kids being loud at 645 am till 730 or so and messing around one of the kids may have been rough with the other one I heard something like your hurting me. Ridiculous to hear kids at this time of the morning I believe it may have been the clerks kids at the front desk she said she would take care of it. At 730 they went running down the hall.

Pros: Parking was easy, as was finding the room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, and the mattress wasn't uncomfortable. Cons: Because the property was undergoing renovations, there were drilling sounds going on into the evening, and the room smelled strongly of paint, even after opening the windows. If anyone is sensitive to this chemical smell, this motel currently might not be the best place to stay. Also, there was practically no soap in the bathroom's soap dispenser, nor was any bar soap provided.
