The particular room I stayed at needing cleaning/dusting as there was a lot of cobwebs all other the place. The room had a smokey smell that clearly, they tried to get rid of once, but never persisted to clean-up afterwards, despite being a non-smoking hotel. (Probably transitioned to such afterwards). Very nice hotel staff and you can do worse for the price, so I think it was like 3.5 stars instead of just 3.

Property wasn’t bad. Nor was it poorly managed, it was just a very flat experience. Nothing bad, but nothing exceptional either. I would stay here again if I were in the same condition and traveling alone. I would not stay here with my family. Not that it is not a family establishment but when I travel alone and for business, I’m willing to make more sacrifices.

Had a 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday) . Assigned a room on the ground floor (same floor as check in area). First impression - windows were extremely dirty. Inside the room was ok but heat could not be regulated even at lowest tempt. Had to turn the heat off for a comfortable room tempt. No stopper in the sink - if you dropped something it was simply gone. Biggest complaint Room was near pool area which wasn't a problem since it was winter. However, on Friday night we could not sleep until bar area closed because of what sounded like live music not far from our room. On Saturday night it was a worse situation. There was a party and it sounded like people were coming from the bar area past our room to get to their room. Loud talking right outside of our room all night long. People above sounded like they were hitting the floors with their shoes. I called front desk a few times to see if they could ask them to stop the noise coming through the ceiling. No one ever answered the phone. Perhaps hotel should consider placing party goers in one location to afford other customers the opportunity to have a full night's sleep. We paid for two nights in a room where we could not relax or have a full night's sleep. We should never have been placed in a room so close to the bar area. I will never stay at the New Hope Inn & Suites again. I

The hotel is located outside New Hope and was perfectly fine. I was able to walk into New Hope - it took an hour.

The property is in desperate need of renovations. The property is old and it shows. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly in a while. On the upside, the front desk staff was very courteous.

Perfect Place for a Short Stay
Rooms and common areas were very clean and looked recently renovated. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles as options. It was about 2 miles outside of downtown New Hope. It was in between Downtown New Hope and Peddler's Village. A great location to visit both.

Biggest problem was that the breakfast items were not well maintained. Several items ran out at various times. The cold drink machine broke, so there were no cold beverages. No orange juice, no apple juice, no cold water, no nothing. The property is a little run down. Multiple outlets in the room were loose necessitating one to jiggle them just the right way to get them to work. This property need a major refresh.
