The staff in the front desk was rude when I would speak to them about situations I was having. They even threaten me to refuse my reservations after I had paid and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. The staff has no consideration that people are sleeping especially when you have the tag on your door stating that you don't want to be disturbed.

This is a family business with friendly staff. It’s a great, clean place to stay if you’re on the road or have biz in Waterbury. No frills, but excellent beds and showers and the weird joy of a cook-your-own waffle station at breakfast.

When we got there they tried to down size our room when we refused they did give us a room with king size bed , the frst room we were given bed wasn't made room a mess so they gave us another room which had alot of issues. The bathtub had peeling paint, shower head and faucet had calcium build up , broken outlet near bathroom sink. Room down end of hall just felt a little uncomfortable. Continental breakfast wasn't set up early enough so food slow coming out , we left

The room was not clean when we got there. Crumbs and dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. Luckily, I have pictures. Looks like a cigarette burn in the sheets. Gummie pieces on the ceiling, no tv or Wi-Fi. Phone and alarm didn’t work in the room. Stayed at other Quality Inn’s, but this one was unacceptable.
