Kids partying at the club outside till 3 am .. bums all over the place asking for money in front of the hotel doors. A man who claimed he was maintenance tried to enter our room unannounced. Called front desk and they couldn't tell me who he was. Not even the next day. Front desk said that someone from management would call me. Have not heard from anyone .. it's been weeks since my stay.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kevin, the front desk agent, for his warm demeanor, helpfulness, and professionalism. The hotel is perfectly located within a short walk to all the attractions. Although the rooms were somewhat compact for the price, the breathtaking city view from the rooftop restaurant made up for it. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.
