I choose this hotel because of its proximity to Yale. Staff is very accommodating and friendly, housekeeping is not so much. I had to ask for refills and new towels. Other than that nice experience.

Beautiful hotel but not Declan room. There were multiple pieces of crumbs and hair in the bathroom. AC would only go down To 67 so I was a tad hot in the middle of the night . Lobby nice , fireplace is broken , token for a beverage of choice includdd a beer or glass of wine. Nice touch for sure. Thick towels good pressure .

The hotel common areas and rooms were exceptionally neat and clean. It is within walking distance of several places to eat and sites to see. The front desk was helpful in giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

This was a great hotel. Room was nice sized, with a large desk area to work and comfortable side chair to relax in. Large lobby, with snacks and drinks for purchase including wine and beer. Close to all the shops and restaurants in town and a quick walk to Yale campus.
