This hotel has several positive things to list: good breakfast with lots of variety, small but clean pool/hot tub, plenty of hot water when you shower, modern clean rooms. However, we were on the 1st floor near the lobby and it was SO LOUD all night long. The music in the lobby was loud and played all night. The lobby has a bar next to the front desk and there was lots of loud laughing and conversations. Lots of doors slamming, children running in the halls, people hollering. And this went on all night long, all 4 nights we were there. I would like to think it would be better on a different floor, but DO NOT stay on the first floor.

Old and depressing

I was glad it was only for one night. The sauna pool was nice, but there no pool towels to be had in the pool area and the jets echo loudly in the high ceiling room. This property is very dated and the hallways are dark and depressing. The room was clean. The living room area furniture was saggy and the large faux leather foot stool was worn. The beds weren't as comfortable as they should have been as we felt the springs through the mattress. The breakfast was not so great. The frozen waffles may have been heated by were soggy. There were no bowls for the oatmeal, I did ask but I used a small plate while waiting. I wouldn't go back but it wasn't horrible but it was subpar for the Hyatt for sure.

It’s very nice and pleasant here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The fitness room is first rate, the breakfast is great and you get to top off your day by sitting in a nice hot tub in the evening. What more could you ask for?
