The hotel was clean and sleek with a lot of "smart" features. The room was big, beds were comfortable. The fitness room was a nice size, complete with everything needed for a good workout. The staff I met were very nice.

Love the concept of the hotel. It was an office building when I lived here, however 2 yrs ago the transformed it to a hotel. I must say they did an amazing job. This modern slick, and sleek hotel has been done well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will stay again

The hotel is beautifully designed and has many distinctive, modern features for technology and sustainability. The front desk was unfortunately very short-staffed, often not staffed at all. But the folks who did work there were professional and polite. The setting is light industrial, and the area is not at all walkable. Road access is circuitous and limited, but parking is abundant.

Wonderful service all around, especially front desk team. Rooms are well appointed, bed very comfortable and the common areas well designed and lit throughout. The location near the train station and Wooster Square offers an alternative to other downtown or Yale stays. I’ve stayed on multiple occasions and look forward fo the next trip.
