Had to be moved to a different room twice: first room no running hot water, second had issues with the Television and other minor things that became a nuisance. to avoid any other issues we didnt say anything and dealt with it. weve stayed at this hotel in the past, this was the first time we had so many issues it was concerning. unfortunately, we will no longer stay there.

The facet to the shower/bath was broken in my room. It was just an overnight visit and all I wanted was a good night’s sleep and a nice hot shower the next morning. I didn’t discover the problem until the morning. When I complained, all I got was an offer to change rooms. At that point I was ready to check out. What is most disconcerting is the fact that the cleaning folks HAD to know the faucet wasn’t working which means the bathroom was NOT cleaned. Yuck. I was told there would be no compensation because I booked through Expedia. Seems unfair to me. The cabinet door where the fridge is was broken too. I took the high road and checked out pleading with staff to do better with the next customer.

Everything was good about the hotel- room conduit, bed and pillows. Water pressure in the bathroom shower was very low. Breakfast finished at 10 am on weekends but they ran out of everything by 9 on both days I stayed. Staff were ok but didn’t seem that friendly on front desk and breakfast area. Aside of breakfast situation everything was overall ok

Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable time. However, I will say that the hotel could use some updates. I reserve two suites that accommodate 7 people. But the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable. In one suite, the sofa bed was missing some springs and in another the mattress had stains on it. Also, there was a metal pieces sticking out of the ottoman in the living room. The carpet could use a shampoo and a good vacuum.
