We love the consistency we experience at Holiday Inn Express - great breakfast buffet, full workout center, and a room that meets all our needs. The Holiday Inn Express Branford-New Haven was no exception. The staff went out of their way to help when needed (they even gave out earplugs for a solid night of sleep!) A special shout out to Ricky, who took time to chat with us during our first stay to the area and made us feel oh-so-welcome. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Signed, mama-n-daughter look-a-likes 😉

Our recent stay was wonderful. However there was one day where the breakfast was an issue. It was only 8:30 am and the eggs had run out. When my husband asked if more eggs were coming he was told there were no more eggs that day. He also overheard her tell another man the same thing. Things were rectified by the regional manager who happened to be there that day.

My stay was so amazing from check in with Michael to check out with Ricky I loved everything customer service is amazing, the rooms are very spacious and so so clean. I just have one suggestion for breakfast have other meats not pork we all don’t/can't eat pork. I will stay again and again 💖

The hotel is impeccably clean and the service is outstanding. I had a last minute change in the schedule and the management went above and beyond to accommodate it and move our reservation to a day later than was originally planned - they saved the day for me! All staff is super friendly, hotel location is wonderful too, close to the highway and a few good local restaurants. Highly recommend!
