Here for a business meeting in the hotel. Nice facilities, everything went smoothly, rooms are nice, very quiet, and a nice little bar to boot.

I went down for breakfast bundled in a heavy coat, shawl, and mask, having just recovered from the flu. A breakfast staff member approached me rudely, asking for my room number and name in front of other guests without explaining why or even offering a greeting. I contacted the hotel manager, who advised the staffer had done as this before. The manager noted she would address it with her. She proceeded to explained that the inquiry was likely for billing purposes. Hmmm…breakfast was complimentary. The manager also mentioned some form of compensation, but I haven’t received anything yet. Very disappointed with my stay. My spouse usually books us with Hilton, but we’ll look for an alternative hotel.

Upon entering, a beautiful clean smell in the lobby, elevator and hallways. Quick check in. Overall great one night stay. However, the shower head was coming out of the wall slightly and needed a little work. Also, breakfast was NOT included and looked like the typical complimentary breakfast. We have stayed here before but for some reason the phone rang at random at least three times during the night. That never happened when staying here before. Very clean and safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Hilton not staffing hotel sufficiently

Third time at hotel in 2 years, probably our last and we come to ski with 6 families.hotel gone down hill. TV in lobby still broken, breakfast buffet okay but too expensive and insistently out of coffee and eggs. Staff so nice but one person can’t do it all. There is no room service, no mention at checkin even if we exchange towels. Seems hotel has cut staff so this is no fault of few employees working. Hilton being cheap.
