My room was the smallest I have ever experienced at a Hampton. Night staff at check in was quite a contrast to the pleasant nature of the day staff. My stay happened to occur while some sort of large youth baseball group was also staying. They ran up and down the halls as boys will do when allowed. I saw no evidence of this being checked by staff although staff was seen on my floor on several occasions during this stay.

Check in clerk was unclear in communicating cost of the room. He also loudly burped while speaking without excusing himself. Room was old, stained. Bugs found in folded towels. We won't be back.

The property is old and shows its age. I was disturbed by the noise from I-95 highway. Bathroom drainage is horrible and the lights are too dim. Staff was friendly and helpful. The deficiencies seem to stem from corporate policies. I will avoid Hilton hotels.
