The hotel was disgusting! The lobby and the first floor smelt like cigarette smoke and the hallways. The hotel outdated, dark, and dingy. I was given a nonsmoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was giving the room next door, which was a little better but had burnt stains on the bathroom counter. The guest that I encountered to be PG were classless. When requested a new room at the front desk there was a male guest who was drunk yelling profanity at a female and threatened to kill her in front of me and staff! At 11pm I had to call the front desk for a noise complaint as two male guests stood outside my room talking for over an hour loudly to the point I thought they were in my room! There’s no noise control in this hotel! Do not bring kids! Most of the guests live at the hotel and it operates like an old motel, not worth a penny! They advertise a kitchen but had no pots, plates, or utensils. You have to go to the front desk to request them! They advertise a complimentary breakfast, which is a lie! The only offer coffee, hot water for instant oats! I’ve never given a hotel a bad review but this hotel was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! There’s no reason this hotel is still open

This property is very poor. The whole place smells like w&&d. It’s so grimy that you can’t tell if it’s filthy or that run down. I can honestly say, I would not recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful so this is no way a reflection on them but we would not advise staying here. Immediately upon entering the smell of cigarette and weed is noticeable . The property is drab and outdated, carpets are stained , dusty, and don't seem very clean. We found it hard to sleep because even though our room was designated non-smoking, there was a strong , smoky smell as well as the smell of weed coming from the hallway. Hallways were very dimly lit which made us a little uncomfortable. The property is advertising an upcoming reservation so hopefully thse things will change. Again, the check in /check out staff were very nice and friendly and offered us coffee each morning so we have no complaints there and thank them for their help.

Do not stay here. This hotel is very dirty with roaches. I walked in the room and walked right out. Went to the front desk and said I cannot stay here. The man at the front desk was very nice and understanding. We had to find a last minute hotel at 9:30pm. It was a bad experience. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this was horrible and hopefully it helps others avoid a bad experience.

Room smelled of smoke and had damp carpeting and the room next door had a drunk loud person screaming at the top of his lungs. Overall experience was terrible. I will never use this chain again!

DATED | SMOKEY | UNACCEPTABLE I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a disgusting odor of cigarette smoke and what I can only describe as wet dog. The smell was so overpowering that it felt like an ashtray mixed with a kennel. I didn't even put my bags down. I simply turned around and rebooked at another nearby hotel. The staff, likely used to complaints, was gracious enough to offer a full refund--thanks, Kevin! But this place desperately needs a deep clean and fumigation. The owners should be ashamed. This is a NO STAR hotel. Avoid at all costs!

I knew when i first walked in when the smell of cheap air freshner with an undercurrent of cigarettes was in the air. Then reception let me know that because i was checking in around 8pm that the room assigned to us was the last room they had and if i wanted to change...that i didnt have the option to change. RED FLAG...The non smoking room smelled like tobacco and cigarettes. The floor was sticky. The ac gave off a cheesy smell. There is no way that extended stay is not aware of this. They should close the room off untill its fixed. It was a horrible night of insect bites on my face and arms. We decided to leave at 7am.. .couldn't stay anymore. Oh yeah...no comment on the breakfast Not relaxing at all. There were no vacancies for this night in the area...i checked. Just close the dump.
