Great hotel, great staff,minor things with my room

The hotel was excellent, the staff was very nice and Jule who starts the morning shift was always very polite. I also forgot my Xbox controller in the room and they were nice enough to work with me on getting it shipped back. There were a couple of stains on the countertop near the restroom but other than that the room was very clean. I also tend to overheat so wanted the temperature in the room cold but couldn't figure out the settings on the AC unit in my room. Could be the settings were already pre-set and I wasn't able to change or I was just unlucky and it was failing but other than that the stay was great and would come back.

Cheapish. Convenientish.

Definitely an older property in need of an overhaul. My room had a bizarre, stale odor. Front desk was rarely staffed, although the staff was friendly when there. I was just looking for a cheap place to sleep that was convenient to where I needed to be and it achieved that. But I couldn’t stay here for an extended time and don’t recommend it
