When we entered our hotel room, there was a noticeable smell of mold. We tried turning on the AC, but it wasn’t functioning correctly and ended up soaking the carpet, leaving it wet. We called maintenance for help, but they were unable to fix the issue. Unfortunately, we weren’t offered a new room, and were told that someone would need to come and assess the problem later. As a result, we had to spend two nights with these conditions.

Nice stay, convenient to a ton of shops & restaurants. Parking garage so your car is safe, however there is minimum 1 camera in the parking lot, & no cameras pointed to the side where guests walk from the garage to the hotel front which is a safety concern for me. There were two cameras for the left & right of the main entrance, but none facing the side steps & alley. Parking is also an additional charge, where i believe that if i’m paying for a hotel i should be able to park in the hotel’s lot for free, even if that lot happens to be a garage.
