When my kids my husband and I arrived at the Clarion Hotel the first room we got the toilet wouldn’t flush so they had to put us in another room and then the next room my husband and I got we kept on getting locked out of our room so they had to put us in another room until someone came in the morning to unlock our door we didn’t sleep at all because everything we had was locked in our room we finally got in our room at 6:40 AM the lady that helped us was very polite but we had booked for 2 nights and our room door lock kept on acting up we had to leave our room door open until the tech came out to fix our door it was supposed to be rest and relaxation and family time but it was a horrible experience and I feel like our stay should have been reimbursed or they should have paid for us to stay for 2 more nights
