I would like to express my dissatisfaction with our stay at the Clarion Inn from April 17 to 21, 2025. When we arrived, we found only two towels in the room, even though there were four of us. We asked for more towels, but never received them. The bathroom was also dirty — the edges of the bathtub were black, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning. Throughout our entire stay, the room was never cleaned, and basic items like toilet paper and soap were not replenished.It was a very frustrating experience, especially since we were traveling as a family and expected at least a minimum level of comfort and hygiene.

Horrible

The last night I stayed there, when I checked in the room I payed for wasn’t available, it was given away. I paid for two queen beds for my family and I. We end up staying in a two bed standard room with twin size beds. Then we seen that the room had bed bugs. So we immediately changed rooms and checked out the next morning. They however give a full refund for the stay but the fact we had to go through and deal with that, we should have been compensated a lot better.

Check the smells

We encountered a problem right after check-in. As soon as we got to our room, we were confronted with the smell of cigarette smoke in our room, despite the fact that the hotel is “100% smoke-free.” The young lady at reception was kind enough to promptly get us a different room.
