The Check In was good quick the problem is that they don't have anyone to really inspect the room before the customer gets there and if they supposedly do then why did my room Not have any Shower Gel and when I asked he said he will have some bought up to our room . NEVER HAPPENED the first thing most of us do once we check in is take a bath or shower .

I was not told when I checked in that the hot water was not working. I had finished a 12 hour shift and booked the hotel when I was done so imagine my surprise when I found that out. It wasn’t fixed till 9 am the next day

ABSOLUTELY NO HOTWATER DURING MY STAY

I stayed in a room with absolutely no hotwater from April 1st until my checkout on April 3rd. I was told several times that "someone was working on fixing the problem." I made several calls and visits to the front desk late afternoon and early the next morning only to be told they were aware of the problem and the hotwater issue would be resolved that evening/day. I am a gold member with BW and a travel agent and this was the worst stay I've had ever experienced with BW.
