Their doors lock early after supper, I knew I would be late on arrival, and after calling ahead, they made certain that someone was there to get me checked in and settled into my suite. It was clean & comfortable with ease of access to everything. It was great.

All staff were professional and easy to deal with including the housekeeping ladies. The restaurant on site served great food and their staff were also very friendly and eager to please. We will make future reservations with this hotel!

FYI: The facility is older so doesn’t show as nice as the newer hotels but the rooms worked for our purposes, the hotel was accommodating with our requests and the breakfast voucher was great! Overall we would stay there again

The place was clean and convenient, bed were comfortable. Having a microwave was nice. Did not like the fact that they no longer had regular cable TV so if you didn't have a service of your own ie, Prime, Bell Fibe etc. there was no TV to watch. Towels were also thin and need to be replaced,

Average on the low side

We had booked this hotel to split the road between Moncton and Ingonish. Travelling with a 10 month old baby that needed to be fed when we got there. I figured checking in would be easy but all my drivers liscence data, address, phone number was diarised and the process took forever with no words being exchanged… when this process was finally over and after I signer and ignitial a bunch of stuff I asked for a crib for the baby it was like they never heard of this before. The guy told me this is something I should’ve asked for before but would look into it. He did so and tried calling our room while we were gone to eat supper. The building is old, smells weird and the elevator is scary but the room was ok, bottle of water included. It was calm and we slept well. On the drive back we decided not to stay there again and booked something in Truro instead.

The website advertised “BREAKFAST INCLUDED”. We are familiar with Justamere Cafe, and this was the reason for selecting your hotel. After booking we did not receive any notice that the cafe would be closed, and the breakfast offered was TIM HORTON’S GIFT CARDS! If we wanted a Tim Horton breakfast we could have booked anywhere, but we were offered a neat little bait and switch instead. Really not cool. And sorry doesn’t really mean anything when you’re not providing what your website had promised.
