It was pathetic. We could t even stay there. There was a roach infestation in our room. There should be an unacceptable conditions refund option if proof is provided cause it would force hotels to tend to their responsibilities to the consumer

The room was clean but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. But the hotel was well lit and we did not have any problems. Breakfast was subpar and eggs ran out quickly. The phone did not work in our room and I requested it to be fixed the night we got there but it never was. I also paid cash when we checked in but was later charged on my card. It was reversed but still an inconvenience.

The stay was fine. I always like to stay at La Quintas because the beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is nice. This hotel is old but it was clean and the breakfast was good; lots of choices except for fresh fruit. The people were nice. We had an issue with the charging station for our phones and it was taken care of at a timely manner.
