So initially when I first got to the property it didn’t look bad, until I stepped foot into the room that’s where I got hit with a funny smell I brushed it off cause i was only gonna be in the room to sleep and nothing else then when I pulled the covers back on the bed what I was met with was hair all in the blanket so I asked for a new one and the guy at the front gave me one (this time no hair in it) then as of inspecting the room I saw a lot of unclean surfaces of stains and scratches around the room so I took pictures just in case they kept the 100$ security deposit. So then after inspection of the room I decided to take a dip in the pool until I saw that the pool was DISGUSTING and small and looked unkept. Sadly to say my stay wasn’t best I wasn’t comfortable and my sleep was not pleasant. And also the walls are either extremely thin or our neighboring guest were WAYYYYY too loud.

For a budget priced, no frills hotel experience, it was great. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, and the coffee machine was an automatic job that supposedly did a variety of coffee drinks, but did none of them well. I strongly suspect it is in need of cleaning or maintenance. In the room itself, the security latch on the door had been broken, and there is a very odd arrangement in the small room where at the toilet was placed almost too close to the wall of the tub to be usable. Everything in the room was clean, and we slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, I have stayed in far worse places, and paid more to do so than I did here. Don't expect the moon, and you won't be disappointed.

Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and always available. The only downside is the matchbox size pool; 4 people would be a crowd. We would stay there again.

River trip

It was our first time staying and let me say it was super good . Clean fresh great customer service. Breakfast was plenty and good as well . We will stay here when my fam and I come to this area . And it really was t far from what we was all doing . Great spot . Thank You .

Don’t Stay Here

The air conditioner rattled all night and barely worked. The room smelled like mildew. Around 3am the person in the room above us sounded like they were dancing while wearing heavy boots. We cut our stay short and left a day early.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no closet to hang my clothes. There wasn’t a single towel rack. The toilet ran constantly and even though the desk clerk “fixed” it, it started again at the next flush. The blow dryer didn’t work and when I went to the desk the clerk didn’t believe me and came up to my room to see for himself. Breakfast was a couple of Bob Evans biscuit and sausage in a cellophane wrapper. I booked this hotel because their ad said ran by women. I’m pretty sure women would do better.

They had no anti slip mats or strips in the bath tub and no grab bars in the tub . The tub was so slick I had to be careful how I moved in the tub.

Okay but not an 8 rating...

Easy check-in and clean, but outdated and worn. Tub didn't have a stopper, no bottled water or anything for the little coffee maker in your room. When they shut down Continental breakfast, they shut down the water machine too. So you're out of luck.
