Our first time at a cave hotel and this place was great. The rooms are clean, maintained, and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff are nice. Check in could be faster though as the person at the desk tries to sell excursions and tours while people are checking in, which causes a line of people waiting to check in.

This was the last leg of our trip before we flew back home. Divan Cave House was a great spot that allowed us to easily roam around, see sights, and enjoy the amazing view. WE highly recommend this place

Great property in a great location. Nice view of the balloons in the morning from the rooftop terrace. My only critique was the size of the room as it was a bit cramped for 2. But the staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel has no internet in the room , only at reception , also it’s up the hill , not in the heart of town but it’s a 9 minute walk . We heard car coming at night from our room as people get picked up at 4:15-4:30 am to ride to to hot air balloons . We had a suite but the smaller room had no windows and no AC . The staff is very friendly . Breakfast is ok but no omelette .

This hotel is conveniently located near all walkable restaurants and shops! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, room was dusty and bathroom could use detailed cleaning. Overall the hotel is in prime location for Hotair baloon watching and breakfast is to die for.

Great rooftop to see hot air balloons
One of the highest rooftops to see the hot air balloons take off. I recommend staying here just for that. The room itself was ok but the lack of windows made it hard to get ventilation in. It unfortunately rained and the walls of the room became wet which seems to be a structural issue. The breakfast was very nice.

Osman Ozbek is a high class employee. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly during the stay. He is a very genuine tand polite person which it makes the stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you go to Cappadocia. Also, the terrace has the best view for the Ballons. 5 stars !!

The property is somewhat ok. You could have the same amenities in other hotels with a lower price. Our general stay was pleasant however the hotel crew could have been a little nice to us. It was the third and last hotel that we had stayed on our 5-day Cappadocia tour. I expected a lot since it has good reviews but it was not. In totality, the experience would have been better if some of the hotel crew are nicer.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was great spread and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
