Very limited budget hotel

Pros: - good location, but on the highway with its noise, breakfast is satisfactory Cons: - hotel rooms are old broken furnished, when making booking pay attention to cave and non-cave rooms, staff trying to be helpful, but not always. There is an assumption that hotel's owner doesn't want to fix hotel's lacks and trying to earn from current not satisfactory conditions as much as possible

Room was dirty and stink, bad sheet are yellow and stink.too. window handle are broken and cant open the window.for vantilation. Breakfast are awfull. Staff are unhelpfull. So many mosquito being bitten to us. Our holiday was spoiled due to unhyginique hoyel. I havr proof of same.photo.

The rooms had an odour. Bath room had a lot of mold around the shower tubs and lots of ants crawling around. I think the baths need refurbishment. Breakfast was good, hotel had staff to help with the luggage. Hotel considers children above 11 adults and charges accordingly, please clarify before booking if extra bed needed. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Try to find a better place

The building is very old and needs major maintenance. The cave rooms are very wet and full of insects everywhere, there is almost no ventilation at rooms. The breakfast is good .. the hotel can be very noisy at night so you can't get a good sleep. The location is amazing at the edge of the town so no need to walk long distances to get what you need.

The sitting area is excellent and pleasing to spend time there. The staff was very cooperative. I think side tables should be placed with beds for better luggage handling. The door of the room and washroom were very loud during opening and closing, and there was no key or lock for washroom. Overall the staff and view are great.

Best location and service in Cappadocia

Amazing stay here with my sister's family. Murat, the manager, helped us with everything (ATV rides, hot-air balloon rides). He really made us feel at home. In Cappadocia, almost all affordable hotels are made out to look very simple and basic. I already knew that so I wasn't expecting much. Breakfast was great as a normal Turkish breakfast and also including hot foods like sausages, boiled eggs, and borek. The inner courtyard had great shade for an afternoon or evening tea. it is a great location because you can walk into Goreme by foot and visit all the local shops and restaurants. Murat kept saying we can treat the place like our home and we did. we brought one evening some cup ramen and he let us use the kitchen and boil hot water. we had good friendly chats. and after we left, he called us to say we had left one of our passports behind; he then arranged for it to be mail delivered to our next destination. The only issue was the shower in room 117 leaked a lot because the shower door was not completely closed. Maybe they can fix that. But overall a great place and Great service. You need to come here for your Cappadocia vacation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast. Unlimited Turkish tea. Hot water for a shower in the morning. Convenient location just off the main street on the way to the Göreme Open Air Museum. Lovely courtyard.

We had a great stay.

We arrived early around 11am and they were able to let us check in early which was amazing. At check out we asked to check out later and that was possible. Amazing staff that took great care of us. It's a great location and just a short walk to all the restaurants. Within 1 minutes there is a hill you can walk up to see the hot air balloons in the morning. We had a great stay.
