This is a gorgeous property. The rooms are basically perfect. We only stayed for 1 night due to some issues with the airline, but i don't regret it. My time in there was a dream. The only thing that i didnt like is that they have dos and cats in the property, and they sit on the coach where the guest spend their times too. Im allergic to their fur this is wjy i didn't like it.

Alperen was the staff member that made this stay amazing for us. He has the highest level of customer service and we want to thank him for his outstanding service during our stay. He is professional, yet warm, friendly and caring. He goes above and beyond for customers. I would also like to commend the cleaners whom found my diamond ring whilst making my bed and placed it on the side for me to find.I only realised I had left it there once I saw it. This speaks volumes of the honesty and integrity they uphold. Lastly Aza would be my first recommendation to anyone who wishes to visit Cappadocia. The property is stunning, clean, in a great location and quite frankly exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We were wowed when we got to our room. Thank you so much to all for a special and memorable experience.

Great location, perfect for balloon spotting
Brilliant hotel set in the most amazing town. From arrival to departure the staff were attentive and accommodating for any requests. The sorted out transfers to and from the airport. They arranged our atv sunset trip and as part of the class of room we booked took us to there farm down in the valley for an organic breakfast. Room, courtyard, breakfast area, gardens and pool were lovely. There are some scruffy parts to the property but nothing that detracts from experience. Pillows in the room could have been softer and no doubt if we had said something, they would have sorted. Would highly recommend
