Positioned on the harbour, with bonus of breakfast included. Good gastro pub next door. However over 20 minute walk to town, 5 mins by car. Still a Good option though.

It is by the water, there is a dock behind it and it is in an industrial's area. For a one night stay it worked

Unfortunately no sky tv only got a few channels. Was placed on main floor by the check in so lots of noise all night as people try to check in. Best place to eat is Styx 15 minutes walk down the road. Don’t bother with anchor, bad food.

Comfortable clean stay. The mattress was a bit uneven and lumpy but overall we slept ok. Wr only stayed 1 night on our way to somewhere else.

Lovely stay in Nelson.

Clean, comfortable, modern. Lovely Manager who went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. The breakfast was the best we have had. Couldn't fault this hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our stay included breakfast which was great. The room itself was really nice with the small balcony looking over a marina being a lovely sunny spot to sit and relax in the afternoon.

Really bait and switch from the photos. We got a room on the ground floor where our view outside the door was of the dumpsters. The room was large and handicap accessible- and NO air conditioning- so if a harbor view and air condition are important - don’t book here

This property is located right next to a marina with lots of beautiful sailboats. The downtown area is 20 minutes. Wonderful dining and shopping there. The church with the huge Christmas tree is beautiful. We enjoyed a free breakfast of cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit. Fruit cocktail, coffee, juices and I'm probably forgetting something. Wonderful room and lovely host.

Fantastic hotel. Our room overlooked the marina. We enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant right by the hotel. The free breakfast was a nice surprise. The shower was great as was the room. Easy walk to downtown along the river. The Queen's Garden was beautiful. Thanks for having such a nice place to rest our weary bodies.

The staff at this motel was outstanding! The lady at Reception went out of her way to insure we had a comfortable stay. We were even offered breakfast in the morning which was the first time of the many stays we had previous to this one. The motel was near a marina and it was fun to walk around and look at all the boats.
