Free breakfast and free happy hour. I was there on business, and the breakfast conveniently got me going and the happy hour helped me to unwind a bit at the end of the day.

The hotel charges $27 per day a "resort"fee. This is absolutely ridiculous since it doesn't even have a good lobby. Breakfast area is just two hotel rooms combined together and there is no space there to enjoy breakfast. We came 3 times and each time there was no room to sit. Breakfast is not good at all, plan on eating somewhere else. The staff is not even wearing formal clothes, way too casual. The whole place has a feel of Motel 6. The rooms are not bad. The location is great.

Property was clean & well maintained. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and nightlife. It was a nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway.

This non-chain hotel is a fabulous find. Great staff, great rooms, decent included breakfast(that is not great, but adequate), well located to go anywhere.

This is a great boutique kind of hotel. Staff are fabulous. Rooms are very nice but since the hotel is in the middle of the city, it can get loud at night.

The property was extraordinarily pet-friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond what was required. Great city view from our room. The happy hour was a nice addition. Breakfast had many choices.
