The hotel is absolutely filthy! This is my 3rd time staying here and each time the floors in the rooms and bathroom are completely unclean. Not vacuumed and definitely not mopped. There was hair, trash, dirt and dust on every surface of the floors. It seems like they only clean the common areas and lobby, etc. It’s such a shame bc the hotel is in the perfect location, but it’s just completely unkept.

Room was large enough. Mattress were wore out on nightstand side. Bath was roomy, but shower wasn't clean and had mildew in caulking. No hand or grab rails in shower. A/C-Heater was outdated and very noisy. Found to be very overpriced even for a Holiday weekend. Would not return or recommend.

location is great but had problems with no toilet paper in my room when I checked in. also no blanket furnished and temp was in 30's. tv remote didn't work no facial tissues in bath. keurig coffee didn't work., etc. but fast acton from fixit man to fix tv remote and danielle at front desk was very plesant and helpful.

Was a very busy weekend, so breakfast kept running out of coffee,.. but the staff was on top of it and brewing it as fast as they could. Hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised with easy convenient parking at the hotel. This was far from the truth. We had to ride around to find a parking place and ended up parking in a space that was illegal

Parking is the only issue we had. There was an event going on next door and all of the parking places were taken. We had to ride around for a while to get a parking space that was designated for the hotel.

1. We checked-in to a room that had no door lock on it and the shower head was broken and had not been fixed yet. We were given another room. 2. There was a chicken bone, eaten clean, on the floor in the hallway near the room. 3. The bartender on Friday night was very nice and accommodating. 4. The bathroom in the lobby was clean. 5. The room and bathroom was clean. 6. The bed was comfortable. 7. There were hardly any Christmas decorations. That was disappointing. 8. The guy serving breakfast on Sunday did not give off a feeling of being happy with his job. 9. There was a disturbance next door to us, hotel staff came up quickly to see about it. 10. Breakfast could include biscuits and bacon. The juice machine was broken.

Parking was horrible. It tooks us at least 30 minutes of driving around all 3 of their parking lots to find a spot. They did not in force the parking pass and allow everyone who attended the light attraction to park.
