This place is SO loud. The hallways are terrible. If you are exhausted after trekking, or wanting a relaxing retreat, this isn’t a place for you. If you are wanting a place to literally rest your head and nothing else, first up and last home, you’ll be fine. Otherwise you’ll be awoken. Many bugs and no air con too. Also no tv
As others have mentioned, the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear through them. Thankfully when I was there all of the guests were very respectful and quiet so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful
Stay was overall good. There were friendly staff. But I was told by Expedia to re-submit my review. Some
Of the staff needs culture/ race sensitivity training. It’s noisy, you can hear people’s conversations along the hallway and the other rooms. Not much privacy.
As others have mentioned, this is a good stay the day before and after trekking in Torres del Paine. It has the essentials after doing the W or O circuit: bed and bathroom.
The room is a tight comfortable for 2. Hope you are very comfortable if sharing as the bathroom door is farm door and it’s very tight.
The walls are paper thin, so noise from every direction including the outside street.
They store luggage if you’re doing the Torres del Pain trek for multiple days. Overall, the bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. Like most, highly recommend for the price to use this hotel as a rest before and after the trek.
The hotel is good for a 1 night stay pre or post a multi day trek. I stayed pre and post and they kept my luggage.
Pros— great area, lovely staff, decent breakfast, very clean
Cons — paper thin walls, the first floor rooms feel like they are in a basement, should designate in the name no view, because i maybe would have paid slight more to see something other than a tiny window near the ceiling looking at the the wall next door two feet away.

The hotel is very basic! Rooms are small with no furniture to put your stuff and luggages. Also noisy! Otherwise, clean and nice sraff. Well located!
What a lovely surprise when you check in to the hotel and find your room in a modern architect design eco friendly building. Don’t judge what you see from the street!! Rooms were fabulous and we loved that we could watch Netflix as I was very ill at this point. Breakfast was sparse but adequate. Access to tea and coffee was very poor. The staff were great. I would recommend this place as it is also very convenient to everything.
Great place to stay. Brand new, very clean, modern farmhouse style. Only downside was the internet and the walls are paper thin. You could hear everything in the adjacent room. Aside from that I would recommend. Rosiel at the front desk is the best
