Estadia razoável, qd se compra fala que tem garagem , mas lá é cobrado por diária pra guardar, tem café da manhã bom, mas acredito que poderia ter uma pessoa para ajudar a organizar as pessoas, que não tem muita noção, de fazer uma fila , esperar a vez esse tipo de coisa, não é um top buffet mas foi banana,custo benefício, é valido sim, pra mim o que mais pecou foi a parte da piscina, poderiam por petiscos, salgadinhos , drinks, etc, não tinha gelo, se pedisse alguma bebida não tinha gelo, aí vc deixa de ficar lá dentro curtindo e sai para os bares pq n tem nada, pra mim poderia ter mais atrativos na piscina, aí sim pra quem bebe iria aproveitar mais o hotel sem ter que sair p comer fora ou levar comida ou bebida de fora pq lá não oferecem um bom serviço nesse sentido, “apenas uma observação para melhoria” mas no entanto o custo benefício ainda creio que é válido, mas poderiam melhorar em algumas coisas, achei o hotel enorme, muitos quartos mas poucas pessoas trabalhando, então acredito que se fosse mais pessoas os serviços seriam mais rápidos e melhores talvez.

Hotel oferece um conforto, porém as instalações estão precisando de reforma, o chuveiro tava saindo água toda errada, limpeza do quarto não trocavam as toalhas e não colocaram sabonetes pros demais dias, com exceção dos funcionários que fizeram nosso check in e checkout, os demais sempre de cara fechada, falaram que se quisesse cobertas teria que pedir na recepção, por 3 dias solicitamos as 18hrs e já não tinha mais cobertas, se é que havia, banheiro do quarto 217 faltando um vidro da janela, deixando amostra pra rua.

Olha… eu achei q as críticas eram exageradas, conhecendo hj, foram brandas! Vamos primeiramente o q foi bom: Café da manhã razoável, porém, atende bem e os funcionários q cuidam dessa parte eram muito ágeis tanto na reposição, quanto na limpeza das mesas! Localização do hotel é maravilhosa, piscina tb gostei! Vamos as críticas: O hotel precisa de uma reforma e manutenção! Funcionários não são simpáticos e nem solicitos! Quando cheguei já tinha uma poça de água no quarto! Quando fui tomar banho o ralo estava entupido, ar condicionado pingando em cima da cama e interfone não funcionava. Todo dia esqueciam da toalha de pé, toalha de rosto sempre faltava e esqueciam da toalha de banho! Tem uma área externa q nunca foi limpa! Falta zero e atenção aos detalhes! Uma pena, pq o hotel tem tudo pra ser ótimo!

Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel que foi escolhido por disponibilizar estacionamento. Porém ao chegar no local fui informado que não havia estacionamento disponível tendo de deixar meu veículo na rua. Sai para jantar e ao retornar 1hora depois perguntei novamente na recepção se havia vaga no estacionamento. A recepção do hotel me respondeu que havia uma vaga porém seria cobrado R$ 20,00. Como assim, cobrado? Fiz o pagamento por estar com carro cheio de bagagem e necessitar de estacionamento seguro. Mas, quando fui fazer a reserva o site indicava estacionamento. O Hotel ficou jogando a responsabilidade da informação para o Hoteis.com, mas como cliente me senti prejudicado. Vou procurar meus direitos.
