The place is not worth the price booked for. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. They only change the sheets and remove and replace there things inside such as towels and robes and trash but this is what the costly resort fee supposedly go towards. The floors are dirty, you can’t walk around without shoes. At certain times the water in shower does not get hot, stays cold or close to a cool room temperature. Not cool at all. The shower in the room is cute but very SMALL! The food at the resort is not really tasty … I rather the food outside the resort. The wings and steak were only good, and the breakfast is ok. The conch fritters is sooo breaded you can hardly taste what’s inside. Overall I’d rate this place a 6.5/10. It’s not worth the price advertised. Gorgeous looking place but not worth the price of what’s provided.

Musty rooms, Bathrooms had black mould amongst the grout in the bathroom. Tub was brown. Very poor housekeeping. On some days none at all and limited use even when they came Staff service is terrible- unfriendly and reluctant to help. Check in delayed by 2 hours. Complimentary drink offerred but bar staff were reluctant to make same and refused to bring to our table. At the coffee shop, the lady cleaned her machine for 5min while I waited to but a pre made salad that had started to go off anyway. Pool and beach service non existent- guys stood around speaking to each other instead of helping set up umbrellas etc. Bar staff at the pool spoke rudely and open about other guests. In short-

Beautiful property however bathrooms were not as clean as we would have expected (mold on tile and around bathtub). Staff could use some motivation; most barely smiled. Outside of this, the property is close and within walking distance of the Nassau Cruise Port, restaurants, shopping, Arawak Fish Fry, and Junkanoo Beach.

Never experienced service so poor - staff are quite lazy and rude and generally don’t seem motivated. Few exceptions, but mostly consistent across the whole hotel. There’s also a bit of a culture to rip you off - so you need to monitor all charges etc.
