The staff was very friendly and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. The biggest issue we had was there not being a shuttle to downtown and having to keep calling ride share companies to get to downtown.

I love Virgin hotels and cruises. This location did not disappoint. It was crowded but fun to visit the rooftop. The Late Great is another hidden gem. Plus you are right by so many hot spots of Nashville. The rooms are cute and comfy. We had a wonderful birthday weekend for by husband. Thanks!

Spent $500 a night and felt like we shared a room with the entire floor. You can hear everyone’s conversations while trying to sleep and hear every door open and close on the floor. Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a place for R&R. Mainly for young adults who stay up all night.

The room design is awesome with the sliding door to separate the bedroom from bathroom / dressing area. Bed was super comfortable and outside bar was a nice plus!! Evenings relaxing in the outdoor area was enjoyable.
