It was nice having a property that was close to downtown but still far away that you didn't get all the traffic. Me and my wife walked from the hotel to downtown everyday we were there and it didn't feel like it was a far walk at all!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful. The hotel was located in a central area where everything was either walking distance or a 5 minute ride away. Lastly, the hotel bar and live music each night were a plus!

You will have very strong sewer smell as soon as you enter the hotel. There is no public parking nearby or they charge $50 for overnight valet parking which is ridiculous. Just because it’s next to Vanderbilt’s University, they are taking advantage. Also, the smoke alarm batteries were gone bad and kept ringing all night and we couldn’t sleep. Upon telling this to staff all they said sorry we will fix it and never tried to compensate for our terrible stay. Do not recommend it at all.
