We managed to find our way to the parking garage and get in without any prior information and check-in was very easy and pleasant with Shiv. We loved our 1-bedroom apartment on the 29th floor which was clean and bright with a great view (bathroom needs a nightlight). Location is perfect being close enough to walk to everything but still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Everyone was friendly at the location. From the balcony we could see the river and a sliver of the pool area but not the "strip." Did not give 5 stars because of lack of info provided with regard to the TV and only streaming but MOSTLY because of the runaround at the front desk upon morning departure with regard to claiming the VIP Credit towards the crazy $40 per night parking fee and the mandatory requirement to input credit card info via the text/link in order to get out of the garage would have been nice to know prior to trying to exit the garage (and she could have simply mentioned it considering our interaction was all about the parking fee). It appears it is through a completely different entity and to simply just pay upon departure was not an option, very frustrating :-(

Very secure. Staff were very accommodating. Clean, rooms had lots of windows, plenty of space, love the balcony and the location of property was in walking distance from the attractions and restaurants. Easy to check in and out. I differently will come back!

Really liked the kitchen for breakfast it was nice. Simple eggs and bacon and toast. We brought our food in a cooler with us but I imagine you could have a service bring that to your room. Make sure to bring your own salt and pepper they do not supply any spices. Room was fantastic , elevators can be a little slow due to the demand from patrons that more than likely is due to the property being developed as apartments and not as hotel originally. All and all I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location! So easy to walk to everything on Broadway & Nissan Stadium. Pool was great. Only negative we found is really wish there were more elevators. We were only on the 5th floor & found it more convenient to take the stairs bc the wait for an elevator was crazy at times but wouldn’t have really been an option if would have been on like floor 20.

overall the property is good including the pool and lounge area. The one main complaint would be around the water pressure in the units. I realize this isnt easy to fix but perhaps changing the shower heads in the showers may help. At certain times of day the shower is almost not usable. The only other comment would be when we arrived in our room the shampoo and body wash hadent been filled. we texted the team and within 15 minutes it arrived but probably something the cleaning team should look at when they clean.

I really liked this property. Great location, clean, easy communication for check in. Parking was a big consideration for me and while the parking is not free it’s attached to the hotel and very safe. My only complaint would be the bed in the unit I stayed in. It sunk in the middle and needs to be replaced.
