Hotel is nice and clean. Staff was great to get us in a room early. We loved our room and the view from the balcony. Our shower had very little pressure and even though our room was very high the noise from the street was not pleasant. Hotel is within walking distance of a lot of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Great location!! Overall, our stay was really good!

Nice place conveniently located near downtown Broadway. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was very spacious & had a nice view of the city from the 16th floor. However, the floors & walls in our room were dirty, the bathroom also had a funky mildew smell to it.

Check in and out was a breeze. It was clean and I was so happy to be able to do laundry during our roadtrip. Coms; pillows are awful and bed could be firmer. It had a foam pad so I knew the mattress was not great under it. Otherwise great and I will definitely come back, with my own pillow. Ha! Overall great views, nice staff and so close to downtown for the price. Parking is extra and ran by a separate company but reasonable. Post box is across the street for post cards :-)

We had never stayed at a Placemkr Premier before and it was a great experience. Clean, spacious rooms, great city views, very convenient location to so many attractions. Walking distance to Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Johnny Cash Museum, The Ryman Thearter, Broadway, The River House - Great restaurant 2 blocks away. Just a great location and accomodations.
