Great locations. Safe walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking was easy (though valet was a bit pricey). Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A good bar in the hotel. Modern, stylish decor.

Disappointing experience, recommend AGAINST staying here. The room was clean enough, but 1) The air conditioners are crazy loud, tried three different room and all have same units. 2) could not connect to guest internet and the desk person blamed my changing rooms and said I had to call the support line myself, it was 11 o’clock at night. Later found it was a systemic issue. 3) Standing water in tub, sink stopped didn’t close. They fixed the first one. 4) upgraded to a suite but outer room practically useless because almost no lighting, could not use it. Why no lamp??? 5) The buffet is the absolute lowest possible quality cheap carbs and the coffee is thin as can be. The guests were all commenting. The management doesn’t GAF enough to even provide halfway decent coffee to guests. 6) I wanted to extend a night. Desk told me I had to call Expedia, which turned into nearly an hour with no resolve. They told me I had to call hotel mgmt and gave me #. I called first thing in am & mgmt could not be bothered to call me back by checkout time, even to politely say they couldn’t accommodate me. I packed up and changed hotels, found something in the same price range that was so much better I regretted ever booking the Hayes. I recommend you DO NOT stay at the Hayes. Nothing good about it at all except a roof and a door.

The hotel was ok however there was no cleaning done of my room during my stay and the duvet was just placed in between 2 sheets which as soon as you move the duvet it doesn’t stay together and your left with a duvet with no cover. The pillows were also super old and not fluffy. Would have been better if house keeping had refreshed the room as we ran out of towels. Breakfast was also very limited!

It was good, yet not incredible. The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast was good, the staff could be friendlier, the area has walkable places to go, the rooms are big and spacey.

Valet cost. For that price expect valet to be at stand when pull up. Not inside talking to registration agent. Free parking area too dark to use safely. Someone gave our room number first night for concessions. We had to use Uber eats to get Benadryl. Not complaining about that just being charged for items and not knowing until check out. Didn’t discuss charges because we needed to get home. Bought concessions second night without showing any form of identification.

I didn’t have enough light in the room.the parking was too expensive.the amenities said parking was available. NO mention about being valet with $42 fee.we have to watch our funds and we were way out of our budget. Plus I was supposed to get a silver price and didn’t get it. Breakfast was all carbs.nuff said
