The Gilmore is the perfect place to stay in the beautiful 12 S area of Nashville! It’s nice, modern, clean, & the staff is so friendly! There’s lots of cute restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. I’d definitely recommend The Gilmore to friends & family!

It was gorgeously appointed, felt really nice but still felt comfortable, cozy, southern and not overly pretentious. Staff went above and beyond. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. I was also able to find safe street parking the entire duration of my stay. Thanks y'all!

From the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service, this place was top notch! We had two little kids and they accommodated early check in which allowed them to nap and made our stay that much better. The place is gorgeous and the location couldn’t be any better. We had an amazing stay!! The staff in the lobby were welcoming and kind. Our room was equipped with more amenities than we were expecting! We enjoyed how close to the city we were while also having a quiet cute neighborhood to explore. If you're looking for a stay close to Nashville, this is it!

GILMORE(NASHVILLE) UNFORTUNATELY HIT AND MISS...

FIRST OFF, FRONT OFFICE STAFF- GREAT AND FRIENDLY. THE SUITE WAS ACCOMMODATING FOR 3 ADULTS, VERY ROOMY AND MODERN.  GREAT, HAVING A WELCOME GIFT WITH PERSONAL NOTE, ALONG WITH BOTTLED WATER IN EACH ROOM, ETC... GREAT APPRECIATED TOUCH!! YOU DO NOT SEE THAT MUCH ANYMORE UNLESS YOU ARE A RICH SPENDER.   THE SUITE WAS ALMOST PERFECT EXCEPT FOR A FEW MAJOR DOWNFALLS: 1) THE AC DID NOT WORK WELL. AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY IS HOT-BLOODED, I ARRIVED EARLY AND TRIED TO GET THE TEMP DOWN. AS SOON AS I GOT THERE, I TURNED DOWN THE AC TO MAKE IT COLDER, BUT IT NEVER GOT BELOW 75, WHICH WAS MISERABLE FOR US. 2) NEXT, MY ELDERLY MOM, WHOM WALKS WITH CANE (I ASKED GILMORE EARLIER THIS YEAR BEFORE RESERVING THE SUITE, FOR A NON-STAIR SUITE -- THEY GUARANTEED EASY NON-STAIR ACCESS SO I BOOKED THE SUITE), ARRIVES BUT THE ELEVATOR IS UNOPERABLE SO SHE MUST CLIMB 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS USING HER CANE AND US AS SUPPORT BEHIND HER. NOT GOOD, NOT GOOD -- BUT THANK GOODNESS SHE MANAGED AND WAS A TROOPER. OTHER THAN NEG OF WHAT WAS MENTIONED, THE ACCOMMODATIONS WERE NICE, THE SURROUNDING AREA IS LIVELY WITH YOUNG FOLKS, AND THERE SEEMED TO BE BUSY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.  THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD IS VIBRANT.
