Great affordable stay near downtown Nashville
We stayed in a newer room, the space was small but had everything we needed and was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was always well stocked, clean and good, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, English muffins, waffles, coffee, juice, tea, milk. Easy 10 minute walk to Broadway.

Property looked fine in the pics, but homeless around property, outside of building is gross, beds are thin, cheap matress. Our group or people (3) rooms all checked out and went and got another hotel. Other hotels in area are actually cheaper than this one and much higher quality. I would not suggest this place to anyone, and I have only left 3 reviews in my life. They wouldn’t give me my money back after walking in and saying we won’t stay. This was also the 1st hotel I have ever left and not stayed at

The good thing about this property is it’s close to Broadway and all the attractions. It’s an easy four block walk going but coming back is steep uphill all the way. The breakfast buffet was OK but imagine our surprise when we got there and it was served from crockpots. The hotel employee who oversaw the breakfast was an absolute pleasure though. Now onto the hotel. It is not very modern and all rooms open to the outside. The noise from outside was pretty bad. The lone elevator is located in the parking garage. Upon arrival we were greeted by the best young man who helped us with our luggage. I wish I could say the same for the young lady at the front desk podium and I use that term loosely it was very small She was very unfriendly as well as hard to understand. We never felt unsafe but I would recommend booking somewhere else.

It was not as advertised, the air conditioner didn't work, and there was a curtain that didn't cover the entire giant window. i checked out within 5 minutes of checking in and found a different hotel.

The hotel looks a little run down from the outside, but the room was very nice. I had a little issue on the first night because a group of people congregated on the outside hallway/patio outside my room from 1am to 2:30am and disturbed my sleep. Also, if they give you the rooms right across from the elevators, ask to be moved. There is lots of noise from the machinery and people at all hours.

This is a great location, and if you can get it for cheap it's a good deal. However I did not realize it's essentially motel style [room doors open to an outside corridor, not an inner hallway], and I'm sorry, no one should be paying $300 a night for a motel unless it's one of those really charming retro pastiche ones. I was traveling during a busy time for Nashville so all the rates were jacked way up across town. Normally this place books at something closer to $120, and that's appropriate. Do not pay big money for this or you will lie in bed at night thinking about your life choices while drunks talk outside your room at 4 am.

Be aware that this hotel property is currently in an area of heavy construction. The “upgraded” king suite was micro-tiny, with over-sized furniture (making the room actually dangerous). However, it was clean. The whole experience seemed like it was an experimental hotel project. Also—$30 parking per-day fee was mandatory (no self-parking). 10-15 min walk to Broadway. On the positive—there’s a fantastic, all-night pizza place in front of the property. If priced at $120 for a weeknight, go for it. If higher, pass.
