Room was dirty. Long hair from a woman all in the shower. Carpet dirty. I got a suite was excitednto sit on the couch, couldnt it had so many white stains on it. Almost $600 smh.

I Stay at lots of hotels, I can honestly say the building needs to be repainted it’s ran down. Neighborhood not the best lots of homeless people hanging around the build. Staff definitely not the friendliest.

Very average
This is a very average hotel in a decent area. The marketing suggests a "boutique" hotel. It is not. The staff was friendly but the property has seen better days and is not well kept judging by the mold in the shower and the filthy elevator floor. Very average and in need of some maintenance.

Stayed at six different hotels on this trip and this was the only one that made our beds every fay without requesting! Loved the popcorn machine in the lobby! Made a great snack in the evenings. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Nice place by the airport. The customer service was friendly and check-in was fast. Plenty of parking. There is a gas station across the parking lot and a waffle house across the street if you get hungry. Stayed on the upper floor so we had a good view of the city. Rooms was clean and cool. Great price and convenient location to get to the airport quick.

Our stay had a couple of hiccups but Abby was wonderful and remedied the situation timely and efficiently. Towels could have been in better supply. Breakfast was very adequate and well supplied. Overall a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and downtown Nashville.

The property was in a great location with ample parking! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice. A little small with a different layout but did the job! The only thing I could suggest to be better is to make sure the public washrooms are kept clean.

There were socks behinds the sofa with many crumbs and I moved the chair a small liquor bottle left from previous guests Sofa needs cleaned with big stain on sofa and we were in executive suite. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

The rug was very filthy but the room was very large and the bathroom had a strong smell of clorox. We liked that the room was so large. That was wonderful. There was no internet which was very inconvenient. And only one channel changer that worked.. it was very frustrating. The breakfast was good.
