The staff was very nice. Our bathroom sink literally had no cold water. Was just inconvenient to brush your teeth. The sink on the second day leaked very badly clear out on the floor and we just put towels down to soak it up . It was too late in the evening and we were leaving the next morning very early.

The stay was convenient for it was close to the opry. I was frustrated at house keeping knocked on my door at 9 am on the day I was checking out. Check out was not until 11. I would of liked to sleep in but unfortunately was woken earlier when they could just clean the room after I check out.

The bar on the backside is very loud and the patrons are loud in the parking lot. I did not mind, but they should make guests aware when checking in. Also, I was woken up by a tow truck at 3am (from the bar) and then the next night there were several men fighting in said lot at 4am. I did not feel safe.

Clean and comfortable. Location excellent to get to Opryland and shuttle to downtown a great bonus. Pleasant staff. All you could want for breakfast. Will stay there again.

The room was fine, the level of cleanliness was ok. The bathroom door was broken so my partner had to fix it so it would close. THERE IS NO POOL contrary to the advertisement. During the week there was some noise from foot traffic and the street but on Friday night it really got loud with shouting and people walking by and car alarms. It's close to multiple bars so should be expected. I would stay there again for the cost.

Great base-camp for Grand Old Opry

Fantastic place to stay to visit the Opry and its environs. One caution though, there is a "very loud" bar with live music in the back parking lot, so room location is crucial if you want to go to bed before midnight.

The room was comfortable enough. The hotel is right off a busy street so you hear all off the traffic noise. We could hear loud music while trying to sleep coming from somewhere, possibly from a neighboring business.

Property is in a great location walkable to many area attractions like music city bar and grill, Scoreboards and the troubadour theater. Cracker Barrel and a few other good restaurants in the area. The property is very well lit and the parking lot is very nice. Easy and convenient parking. Rooms are new and clean. Window curtains are even shinny and new. Our only issues was NO towels bars in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder isn't mounted correctly. The Robe hook on the bathroom door is upside down and falls off and the “closet” rod hangs by the toilet so all your clean clothes are by the toilet. No closet rod in the bedroom area. No desk chair for the desk and no phone in the room to call the front desk. Breakfast was limited to Choice hotels minimal requirements. And never changed whole time we was there. Some hotels do sausage gravy and biscuits or bacon every other day but this was scrambled eggs and sausage links every day. Not enough variety if u stay here more than a few days.

My new favorite place to stay when I visit Nashville ! in the parking lot of the hotel there are three fun bars with live music and good food ..across the street is the Grand old Opry and the outlets I love that they offer a hot breakfast in the morning I give this place five stars
