Property was across the street from Nissan Stadium, which was very handy for our three visits to downtown. Room was comfortable and clean, newly remodeled and nice! Access was a plus as my wife has difficulty with stairs. Liked the guitar-shaped pool! Very pleased, would stay here again. And price was very good!

While we were at pool buts kept biting me I went twice and boot times I had to leave because of bug bits. I talked to front desk an someone was supposed to talk to me even manager didn’t get in touch with me and I spoke to front desk both times an showed the bug bites

Everything about this place is horrible. Started with check-in at 11:30 PM. The hotel attendant tried to say I did not have a reservation there and then did not want to give me room stating I did not have a late check-in. Site says no check-in after 12 AM. Had to show him my confirmation number and that my card was already charged. He did not want to be bothered from watching his YouTube.! Took my children to the pool (which needs a lot of work) at 9 AM and front desk staff, lady came in yelling that pool did not open to 10. Nowhere Is that posted on the 2nd floor door or anywhere in hotlel room. She refused to get children any towels to get out of the pool to go back to room, and then asked what room number we were in and she went back and deactivated our card keys for our room. Luckily, my spouse was still in the room and able to let us in and he checked his key.It did not work either, even though we just use them to get breakfast, which was disgusting. What kind of person deactivates room keys and especially with small children. She was clearly looking for confrontation. Furthermore, when checkout is at 11 am why would you make pool available at 10 a m?That gives nobody any time to use the pool, and shower prior to check out. Had hotel reservation for 4 people room only had 3 towels in it. Asked housekeeper for additional towels she did not speak English and offered me soap! Tv in room did not work. Room carpet is filthy.

It is an older hotel but the rooms are updated. Front desk was okay but I think they could have been more personable. Didn’t get a real warm welcome. Booked thinking we could walk to Broadway but with the weather it wasn’t possible. So we had to keep calling an Uber so that ended up getting a little pricey

The check in staff was rude and made it apparent they did want to be there or help. The lobby and hallways were filthy and smelled. I was then surprised after paying almost $200 for a single night, I had to pay $25 to park. The room was okay and a bit cleaner. The a/c was set around 70 but the room was hot. I turned it down but the room never really cooled off. I will say I was very impressed by the security officer. I was travleing alone and checked in before bringing in my belongings. It was pretty dark and they hung out in the parking lot while I got my stuff out and brought it in.

Well located for exploring downtown
Well located for exploring downtown areas via 4 different bridges closeby that cross the river. 20 minute walk to downtown. Indoor pool was nice on rainy days. Good buffet breakfast. Coffe facilities in room but there is always free coffee available 24hrs near reception.
